Australian Beverages began the finance transformation process 3.5 years ago. Following an initial period of processes and automation of ‘low hanging fruit’ they undertook a structural changes to the operating model which resulted in some significant savings to the operation and enhanced the value to the business. At this point in time the focus has shifted towards continuous improvement and continuing cultural change to give staff further opportunities to develop. In this session Greg will share:
